          We are pleased to offer ‘Multi-Site Contracts’ to Customers who have more than 50 units per site. The number of units per site is added together, to get the best possible test price per unit.  

Included in our pricing, are minor repairs to units which include:

Ø      Cutting back the mains cable at the plug top end and refitting the plug top.

Ø      Replacing any wrong rated fuses with the correct rating.

Ø      Re-testing of units after minor repairs have been carried out.

 

               

                  

 

We offer 2 types of pat testing service - 

Standard and Enhanced.

 

Standard Service.

The Standard pat testing service includes testing using our computerized testers, a full set of detailed reports and the fitting of Standard  Pass/Fail labels.

                                       

Included in the price are the following:

Ø      Concise Asset List

Ø      Detailed Asset List

Ø      Detailed Test Results that show the actual test values. These results are obtained directly from the testing machine.

Ø      Forms Va, Vd and Ve.

Ø      Portable Appliance Test Certificate.

Ø      As well as the paper results can supply all the test data on a CD ROM.

Ø      Correct value fuses will be fitted where necessary.

Ø      Minor repairs will be carried out – cutting back mains cables and refitting plugs etc.

Ø      Any plug tops that require replacing, would be charged extra at £0.65 each, although the first 3 will be supplied and fitted Free of Charge.

Ø      A Pass or Fail sticker will be attached to all items tested.

 

Enhanced Service.

Included in our Enhanced pat testing service are all of the items in our Standard Service, plus the fitting of our plastic coated labels which have the following features:

  • Security and accuracy of information is assured as test details are direct from the tester's memory.
  • Label design includes a bar-coded asset ID, test status, tester's name, test date and next test date.
  • The labels are waterproof, do not fade or tear and are resistant to grease etc.
  • Since this label is printed directly from the PAT tester, this is your guarantee that a test has actually been performed. If no test is carried out, then no label can be produced.
  • As well as paper results, all the test data is supplied on a CD ROM.
  • Your Company Name is printed on the Test Label.

Our Enhanced pat testing service offers the fitting of our thermally printed plastic labels, which makes them extremely durable and resistant to fading and grease etc.  The label also includes a 'Bar Code' and the facility to have your own Company Name Printed on the label.  This label is printed directly from the PAT testing equipment.

                     

 

           Some companies use “tick boxes” to record the test results. 

         Our results come direct from the testing machines.

 

If NO test is carried out, then there is NO TEST RESULT.

 

This is your guarantee that a test actually has been performed on the item.
