Pricing of Services.
In order to simplify our pricing, we have decided to introduce a new system.
We now have a Call Out Charge that covers the first 50 Tests and then a fixed price for every subsequent test.
We do offer a Free, No Obligation, Quotation service, but listed below is our price guide for the Scottish Borders, Edinburgh and the Lothians, North Northumberland, Newcastle and Carlisle areas.
We will endeavour to beat any sensible, genuine quotation.
The prices shown below are maximum prices.
If we are already in the area, then these prices will be reduced.

The above are maximum prices for both types of Service.
If we are already in the area, then these prices may be reduced.
There is no additional charge for Weekend or 'Out of Hours' working.
VAT will be charged extra at the appropriate rate.
